Grassy Creek Gem and Mineral Show, time for dealer registration, and attendees can make their plans now too!
\nSupporting the Parkway Volunteer Fire & Rescue<\/p>\n

Since….. The Grassy Creek Mineral & Gem Show has been held annually in support of our Parkway Volunteer Fire & Rescue. As the single largest source of funding for this awesome group of people, we try to make it the biggest and best thing going…
\nSet up day will be Saturday, July 28, 2018
\nShow dates will be Sunday, July 29 through Sunday, August 5, 2018
\nTimes will be advertised from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm daily including Sunday
\nSpace rental is $300.00 for a 20 x 40 space, includes water and electricity
\nRental fees are due by April 1, 2018
\nAfter April 1st there will be an additional $50.00 late fee
\nRental fees will not be refunded after July 14, 2018
\nSpace sharing is limited to 2 dealers per 20 x 40 space, no exceptions
\nDealers must not exceed the 20 x 40 space limitations – this includes awnings, sheds, tables, and walk spaces
\nAll space must be occupied by Wednesday, August 1st, 8:00 AM or the space will be forfeited
\nDriving will not be allowed in aisles after set-up
\nAny deliveries by large trucks need to be pre-approved by Gem Show Committee
\nNo visible alcoholic containers allowed
\n80% of merchandise must be mineral and gem related, no clothing allowed, not a flea market of trade lot
\nQuiet time will be observed from 11:00 pm until 7:00 am daily
\nAll pets shall be leashed at all times
\nDealer parking will be permitted in designated areas only! Absolutely no parking allowed in spaces designated for general public. All Dealers are required to park in the back of the field during the entire show
\nParkway Fire & Rescus reserves the right to ask any dealer to remove any item(s) we deem indecent for public display
\nParkway Fire & Rescue reserves the right to ask anyone to leave when the department feels they have sufficient evidence that any of the above rules have been violated.<\/p>\n
